Our program is very simple and effective. We are hired by you as an extension of your internal acquisitions team. Therefore, we work directly for you and are recognized as your fiduciary. This eliminates any conflict with the brokerage community and gives us the advantage of access to all deal flow on your behalf.
We are in the market every day meeting with brokers and sellers and attending events to stay current on pricing and market trends. In addition, we provide access to “off radar” opportunities. We can execute your existing strategy or assist you in forming one that best suits your needs.
We also remain available to the client throughout the entire process to prepare documents for buyer review, assist in broker selection and pricing recommendations, attend property tours and tenant interviews conducted by the buyer and review estoppels and other documents for the closing process.
