Tri-Fin Signs 42,787 SF West Suburban Lease Renewal
Stays in Building Recently Acquired by Liberty Property Trust
Tri-Fin LLC has signed a lease renewal for the entire west suburban building at 925 N. Hilltop Drive, a 42,787 square foot industrial facility in Itasca, Illinois.
Steven H. Podolsky, SIOR, Principal, Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International, brokered the transaction along with Neal Driscoll of Liberty Property LLP.
Liberty Property Trust acquired 925 N. Hilltop Drive from Cabot Industrial Value Fund III in October, part of a 23 million square foot national portfolio acquisition that included 3.2 million square feet in the greater Chicagoland area.
Tri-Fin LLC uses the building as a metal finishing facility. The total value of the lease was $976,300.
Mr. Podolsky has represented Tri-Fin LLC in its real estate transactions since 2005.
