The Popcorn Factory’s leases at 13970 West Laurel Drive and 28160 Keith Drive, both in Lake Forest, IL, were set to expire in June of 2014. The single tenant facilities are situated adjacent to each other. The Popcorn Factory uses the buildings for manufacturing and distribution purposes, including a Popcorn Factory retail outlet store.
The Popcorn Factory is part of the 1-800-Flowers Family of Brands. Chase has represented 1-800-Flowers in multiple Chicago area transactions over several years.
