Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International Principal, Steven H. Podolsky, SIOR, announced the sale of a 311,500 sq. ft. industrial building in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Podolsky along with Rick Spiller, SIOR and Bilijack Bell of Wilson Hull & Neal of Atlanta, Georgia, represented the Seller, McMaster-Carr Supply Company, in the transaction.

The property consists of a 311,500 sq. ft. building on 32.8 acres at 6100 Fulton Industrial Boulevard, Atlanta, GA. The building is brick/block construction with 271,500 sf of warehouse space and 40,000 sf of office space. There are 34 dock doors with levelers, seals and dock locks and (1) 12’ x 16’ drive in door. Ceiling height is 28 feet clear.

Podolsky Circle and its predecessors have represented McMaster-Carr for two generations spanning 55 years, and have completed multiple transactions in Illinois, Ohio, New Jersey and Georgia. McMaster-Carr Supply Company is a private, family-owned supplier to industrial and commercial facilities worldwide, specializing in next day delivery of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) materials and supplies. McMaster-Carr maintains over 555,000 products in a catalog offering a variety of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility hardware not usually located from a single source.
