Podolsky|Circle Completes Multiple Lease Transactions
for Long-Time Clients
Corey B. Chase, Principal, has announced the completion of two recent transactions for separate long-time clients. Kyle A. McKechnie, an Associate in Podolsky|Circle’s brokerage division, assisted Chase in the transactions.
MV Transportation, the largest private provider of paratransit services and the largest privately-owned passenger transportation contracting firm based in the United States, recently completed a lease transaction for the single tenant 13,130 sq. ft. building at 720 Parkwood Avenue in Romeoville, IL. The company will use the building for indoor vehicle parking and minor vehicle maintenance. This is the sixth deal Chase has completed for MV Transportation this year. Landlord representation was provided by Jerry Sullivan of Paine/Wetzel.
Chase also completed a lease transaction for another long-time client, The Popcorn Factory, a part of the 1-800-Flowers Family of Brands. Chase has represented 1-800-Flowers in multiple Chicago area transactions over several years. The Popcorn Factory signed a lease for 36,000 sq. ft. in a renovated multi-tenant manufacturing building at 3601 Skokie Highway in North Chicago, IL. The company will use the space to house and distribute popcorn tins. The Landlord in this transaction had no broker representation.
