Podolsky Circle Continues Growth Trend, Welcomes New Director of Business Development

Podolsky Circle is pleased to announce that Gina Fridberg has joined the firm as Director of Business Development.

“As our team continues to expand, we know the significance of hiring and retaining top industry talent,” said Alissa Adler, Managing Principal. “Gina brings substantial experience to Podolsky and she will no doubt prove to be invaluable to our business development sector as well as our entire company.”

Bringing 16 years of experience and in-depth, broad-based knowledge in the area of commercial real estate banking to her role, Ms. Fridberg is known for her work ethic and professionalism. As Director of Business Development, she will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that will generate new relationships and revenue growth for the Podolsky Circle management, brokerage and advisory platforms.

Prior to joining Podolsky Circle, she was employed as Senior Vice President at Fifth Third Bank, where she originated and managed over $400 million in acquisition and construction loans across the nation. Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank, Ms. Fridberg managed a distressed real estate portfolio for PNC Bank, where she focused on syndicated transactions and restructured both senior and mezzanine debt and at times foreclosing on assets or selling distressed notes.

Ms. Fridberg is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics. She is active in numerous professional and charitable endeavors. Ms. Fridberg is an active member of Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF), the Jewish United Fund (JUF) and is a real estate education mentor for the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation. She also volunteers for the PTA at Hillel Torah School. Ms. Fridberg currently resides in Skokie, Illinois with her family.
