Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International Represents Start-Up Craft Brewery

Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International Principals Adam J. Tarantur, CCIM, and Alissa Adler represented Lo Rez Brewing, LLC in a lease transaction for 6,000 square feet of space in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. Lo Rez is a start-up craft brewery founded by two Chicagoans; this will be their first location.

Lo Rez hired Podolsky|Circle after a long search for suitable space, and within months Tarantur and Adler located the Pilsen space and negotiated a deal.

The 100,000 square foot former manufacturing building, which dates back to the 1800s, is located at 2101 S. Carpenter Street, Chicago, IL. It is undergoing renovations and improvements and is being converted into creative space. Lo Rez will make innovative use of the existing space; for instance, an exterior covered loading dock will be converted to a beer garden. The space will also feature an on-site tap room, as well as periodically play host to events. Lo Rez plans to be operational by Spring 2015.
