ISAC Names Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International as Property Manager at Deerfield Offices

The Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) has selected Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International as property manager for their Deerfield office building. Podolsky|Circle won the long-term contract in a bidding process.

Located at 1755 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield, IL, the 125,000 sq. ft. facility is one of ISAC’s three Illinois locations, along with Chicago and Springfield.

Established in 1957, ISAC’s mission is to help make college accessible and affordable for Illinois students through administration of need-based grant and scholarship programs, outreach efforts across the state and by offering College Illinois!®, the state’s 529 prepaid tuition plan. The Commission has provided more than $10.4 billion in grants, scholarships and non-loan aid to more than 4.8 million Illinois students and families.
