Applications Software Technology Corporation (‘AST’) has expanded its space at Park Place of Naperville, 1755 Park Street, Naperville, IL. Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International Principals Adam J. Tarantur, CCIM and Randy D. Podolsky represented the Landlord, Chicago-based private investment group CP Highlands Fund, LP, in the transaction. With AST’s lease expansion, 1755 Park Street is 94% occupied, with only one remaining available suite.
AST is a specialized Oracle E-Business Suite systems integrator founded in 1995. The firm has been a tenant at the property since 1999 and has since expanded their space in the building as needed. With this transaction the firm is expanding its space by an additional 1,915 square feet.
Park Place of Naperville is a three-story, 38,000-square-foot office building located south of I-88 off of Diehl Road in Naperville. Since buying the building in 2013, CP Highlands Fund – along with Podolsky|Circle as the asset’s exclusive manager – has instituted a variety of enhancements, including upgraded common areas and, most recently, the installation of two Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers available to tenants and guests.
