Podolsky Circle Appointed Exclusive Leasing Agent for One Million SF Industrial Facility near Aurora, IL
Podolsky Circle CORFAC International is pleased to announce that the firm has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the 992,462 square foot industrial facility located at 900 Knell Road in Montgomery, Illinois. Podolsky Circle Principal Adam Tarantur, CCIM, Principal Steven Tick, SIOR, and Associate Austin Vanderstappen will lead the brokerage team on behalf of the owner, CenterPoint Properties.
Situated on 49 acres, 4.5 miles south of the Interstate 88 and Orchard Road interchange, 900 Knell Road is located in the western suburb of Montgomery, just southwest of the city of Aurora. The property currently features 79 loading docks, 28′ clear ceiling heights and parking for 371 cars and 111 trailer drops. Varying unit sizes and dock formations are possible at the property. 900 Knell Road, which has been leased to Suncast Corporation for the past 10 years, will be available for lease for the first time in over a decade. Suncast Corporation will be vacating the property at the end of January 2020.
CenterPoint Properties has recently re-branded the property as “CenterPoint 88 Industrial Complex”, and along with Podolsky Circle, is aggressively seeking tenants from 200,000 to 1,000,000 square feet. The property features abundant trailer parking as well as areas for outside storage. The building’s BNSF rail can be reactivated, with portions of the rail running inside the building, in addition to exterior.
