Podolsky Circle’s Alissa Adler Honored at Bisnow’s Chicago Power Women Event
Podolsky Circle CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Managing Principal and Managing Broker Alissa Adler was recently named an honoree at Bisnow’s Chicago Power Women Event. Bisnow presented Adler with the prestigious award during its Power Women Event, held on December 4th at the Radison Blu Aqua in Chicago.
500-plus commercial real estate professionals attended the event, which was put on by Bisnow to celebrate and highlight the success of women in the Chicago commercial real estate industry.

Alder, who received her Master’s degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. She currently serves as Managing Principal and Managing Broker of Podolsky Circle and specializes in investment sales, as well as debt and equity placement across office, industrial and retail asset classes. Prior to its merger to form Podolsky Circle, Adler established Circle Realty Advisors, LLC. As president, she was responsible for all operations and staffing in addition to asset management and investment advisory work for clients. Before that, she served as vice president of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Duke Realty Corporation and vice president of Dispositions for Equity Office Properties Trust. Throughout her esteemed career, Adler has served notable clients such as: Ashley Capital, BMO Harris, Syndicated Equities, Clear Height Properties, Guggenheim, and Ameritus, to name a few.
