Robert Dahlgren joined Podolsky Circle CORFAC International in 2017 as Senior Director of Property Management. He began his career as a certified public accountant in 1986, working with various real estate clients in the Chicago area.

Bob leads the Property Management Division at Podolsky Circle, including oversight of all management personnel. He is responsible for the firm’s office, industrial and retail portfolio management disciplines that include ownership and tenant relations; building inspections; annual operating budgets; facility due diligence; bidding and letting vendor contracts; and construction management.

Prior to joining Podolsky Circle, Bob was a Director of Property Management responsible for management team oversite of a 6 million square foot portfolio of industrial, freezer cooler and office buildings in Illinois, Florida and New Jersey. His duties included developing preventive maintenance programs; negotiating vendor contracts; conducting property auditing; managing construction of tenant improvements; negotiating collection settlements; and maintaining ownership relationships.

Bob has worked for such illustrious companies as John Buck Company, Hines, Equity Office Property Trust and Bridge Development. Beyond the typical office and industrial properties his assignments included specialized single use facilities as well as distressed properties.  These challenging properties were managed to budget parameters while achieving high tenant satisfaction scores.

Bob is a graduate of Lewis University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance.
