Adam Tarantur is a Principal at Podolsky Circle CORFAC International and sits on the firm’s Executive Committee. His real estate career began as a summer intern at Podolsky Circle in 2004 and he raised through the ranks to become a principal after seven years in the business. In 2010, Adam received the industry’s prestigious Frank Mahoney Award of Excellence, which recognizes leadership, community service and brokerage success to an individual with less than seven years of experience.
Adam has facilitated transactions—both sales and leasing—in excess of $250 million since entering the business. His client roster includes both entrepreneurial and institutional owners and users of industrial property and office space. Additionally, Adam has developed a specialty in advising not-for-profit organizations with their real estate strategy. The cornerstones of his business practices are ethics, communication and professional skill.
Adam received his degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s Grainger School of Business. Post college, he obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which recognizes leading experts in commercial investment real estate.
Adam has sat on the Board of Directors of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) since 2013. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Jewish Council for Youth Services, where he most recently held the position of President. As a firm believer in philanthropy and civic involvement, Adam also devotes his time to a host of other meaningful causes.
