CORFAC International

CORFAC International (Corporate Facility Advisors) is comprised of privately held entrepreneurial firms with expertise in office, industrial and retail real estate leasing and investment sales, property management and corporate services. In association with global affiliates, CORFAC International offers commercial real estate services with market reach in 48 countries worldwide.  We are proud to be a founding and charter member in addition to having two past presidents of this association.

Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR)

SIOR has more than 3,000 members in more than 630 cities in 33 countries. Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market. We have three active SIOR designations and two past presidents of the Chicago Chapter.

Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)

The CCIM Institute is a global commercial real estate network with members across North America and in more than 30 countries. Members are recognized experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate providing financial analysis, market analysis, lease analysis, and investment analysis for commercial real estate investments. CCIM members close thousands of transactions annually, representing more than $200 billion in value. Two of our team members have attained the CCIM designation.

Northern Illinois Commercial Association of REALTORS® (NICAR)

NICAR professionals are committed to advancing the interest of Illinois’ commercial real estate industry in such critical areas as legislation, professional development and technology. We are proud to be a co-founder of NICAR, as well as having a principal who has served as past president.

Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE)

The largest industrial brokerage trade association in Illinois, AIRE is a networking group created to enhance business dealings and maintain a focus on putting the client first to add value to a transaction in an honest and ethical manner. The organization’s over 350 active members are the stalwarts of the industrial brokerage professionals throughout the Chicago Metro area, while its over 130 associate members are leaders in industrial property development, lending, construction, architecture and many other related specialties. The majority of all industrial purchase and sale transactions in the Chicago area are brokered through active AIRE members. Podolsky|Circle boasts two past presidents of this association.

International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)

FIABCI’s mission is to assist real estate professionals world-wide in improving the knowledge, information and business opportunities. Every real estate discipline for every real estate property type is represented within FIABCI. Through our active participation in this organization, we can offer our clients local market expertise, coupled with Podolsky|Circle representation almost anywhere in the world.
