Randy D. Podolsky has served entrepreneurial, corporate, institutional and Not-For-Profit clients for 45 years. His company, Riverwoods Development Partners, is active in the commercial real estate investment, financing and markets.

Randy is a volunteer member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. He is also President and Founder of Waukegan Water Safety Association.
 

Randy has completed myriad development and redevelopment projects over his 40+ year career.
 

Randy is the developer of Navy Pier Marina, a 100% transient marina, which concept he conceived, at Chicago’s preeminent tourist attraction, Navy Pier.
